The bed was super comfortable. For me, that was key! Great location, close to SUNY Poly which is what we wanted. The front desk staff were no-nonsense but nice.

I loved the large suite with the kitchenette and living room area. We were staying in the room for six days and not venturing out because I had my 92-year-old mother with us. We had taken her out of her retirement center for this visit. We live out of state and to visit her, we needed a larger, comfortable place to stay, and this was ideal for us. The staff was absolutely superb! I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. And also, the breakfast was more than you can ask for. There were many choices and always enough available even if you came down right before they were going to stop serving.

This hotel by far is the best in this area. My husband and I have stayed at pretty much all the area hotels since our son goes to school in Utica. The reception desk had friendly people, the hotel was clean and the room was really nice. We stayed in a king studio and were not disappointed. The bed could have been a little softer, I'm like the princess and the pea, but my husband usually likes a hard bed but complained about this one. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the breakfast buffet but it looked like there was a variety of food. The coffee was excellent! And I was so happy they had my French vanilla creamer.

It’s a nice family hotel in a beautiful location. Closer to Hamilton college families esp during move-in time as we did. We saw a few deers and love the apple trees . Very close to Lowes departmental store for any last minute shopping for your freshman child!

Everything about our room was perfect - the office table was adjustable, the bed was big and comfortable, the shower was roomy with a wall notch for shaving, the couch was classy, but reinforced with colored stitching on the cushions to delay wear-and-tear since it was a dog-friendly room. The property was beautifully landscaped and easily accessible for people with pets.

The staff is super friendly. That evening they had beer and wine (2 drinks of each) free. Smores outside on the patio. Very clean. We had a room with 1 king bed and a sofa bed in the living room area, now my kid doesn't want any other setups. She forgot her blanket in the room and they mailed it back to our house.

Very clean and Family Friendly! Lots of people at breakfast but it was still clean and plenty of food! Nice pool also ‼️❤️ outside area was very nice - we personally didn’t get a chance to use it but people did
